Resolution:
Check the wsock32.dll file, by Clicking on
<Start><Find><Files or
Folders> and type "wsock32.dll" in the Named field. Check the size and location of
the file. (Win 95 65kb, Win98 40kb. Located in the \windows\system
folder.)
