Checking TCP/IP Settings in Network Control Panel.

• Double click on My Computer.
• Double click on Control Panel.
• Double click on Network.
• Under the Configuration tab there should be a Window with the heading "The following Network components are installed."
• Click on "TCP/IP" that is bound to the Dial-Up Adaptor and click on the "Properties" button.
• Click on the "DNS Configuration" tab. Make sure "Disable DNS" is selected.
• Click on the "IP Address" tab. Make sure "Obtain an IP address automatically" is selected.
• Click on "OK".
• Click on "OK" again.
• When prompted to restart the computer select "Yes".
