Error Type 11 - While Browsing.
Potential Causes:
Corrupt files in Netscape's disk cache.
- Select Options, then Network Preferences from the
menu. Select the Cache tab, then choose the Clear Disk Cache Now button.
- To insure the files are removed do the following:
- Open the Mac HD. Select System Preferences, open the
Netscape folder. Drag the Cache f folder to the trash. Empty the Trash
and Restart the Mac.
Not enough memory available in System Cache.
- Open the Memory Control Panel under the Control Panel
section of the Apple Menu.
- Increase cache size to 512K
Desktop file may be corrupt.
- Rebuild Desktop.
- Restart the Mac while holding the shift key down.
This will start the Mac Extensions off.
- Release the Shift key and hold down the Command
(Apple) and Option keys at the same time. When the choice to rebuild the
desktop appears select Yes.
