Checking DNS Numbers in the Properties of the CiNet Icon

• Double click on the My Computer icon
• Double click on the Dial-Up Networking icon
• Right mouse button click on the CiNet icon and select Properties.
• Click on the Server Types tab or button.
• Under Advanced Options make sure only Enable Software Compression is checked.
• Under Allowed Network Protocols make sure only TCP/IP is checked.
• Click on TCP/IP Settings.
• Make sure "Server assigned IP address" and "Specify name server addresses" are selected.
• Primary DNS should be 208.166.208.73
• Secondary DNS should be 208.166.208.77
• Primary and Secondary WINS should both be 0.0.0.0.
• Make sure both "Use IP header compression" and "Use default gateway on remote network" boxes are checked.
• If you changed any information in the CiNet icon Properties try to connect again.
