Internet Explorer 3.x:

• Open Internet Explorer
• On the top tool bar click on "View" and then select "Options"
• On the "Advanced" tab under "Temporary Internet files" click on the "Settings" button and click on the "Delete Files" button.
• Click on "OK"

Internet Explorer 4.x:

• Open Internet Explorer
• On the top tool bar click on "View" and then select "Internet Options".
• On the "General" tab under "Temporary Internet files" click on the "Delete" button.
• Click on "OK".

Netscape Communicator

• Open Netscape Communicator
• On the top tool bar click on "Edit" and select "Preferences"
• In the "Category:" Window click on the "+" to the left of "Advanced" and select "Cache".
• Click on the "Clear Memory Cache", and the "Clear Disk Cache" buttons.
• Click on "OK".
